Formerly a part of a large agricultural property that was above-average in size and production in historic records, is a two-story, five-bay, frame dwelling that currently reflects the Neoclassical style. It was built in several phases beginning around the 1780s. The historic property has been known by many names such as Western View, Kenilworth Farm, Fredericksburg Inn, and Martin's Manor. Located in the heart Historic Virginia, Martin's Manor served as a Fredericksburg lodging destination from the early 1930s to the 1970s. This modernized, old southern colonial inn, was most recently owned and operated by Mr & Mrs Thomas J. Martin
